Small Group Training​
If private training isn't the way you prefer to train and you want your friends to get working with you, I also offer small group training. I can have 2-3 people per group maximum. Work hard together to achieve your fitness or athletic goals.
Both Athletes and Adults are eligible to group up with some friends to train together in Small Group Training.
About me

Lansen Villanueva-Owner
Sports have always been a key factor in my life. Not only does it keep you active, but it also helps you build skills and characteristics that can be used throughout your entire life. I participated in Basketball, Football, Baseball, and Soccer throughout my career as an athlete, with Soccer being the sport I chose to continue at the collegiate level. I've always strived to be the best athlete that I could be, but, unfortunately, I didn't know what/who to look for. In hopes of learning more about what the body is capable of and how to enhance performance, I continued my education at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where I attained my Exercise Science Degree. Several months after graduating, I pursued and attained my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. I retain my CSCS license year after year by participating in Continuing Education (CEU) courses offered by trainers and associations around the world to stay up to date with information within the realm of Human Performance. My main goal as a Strength and Conditioning coach is to help my clients gain a better understanding of how their bodies move and how to optimize it in their designated sports or daily lives! ​

Living in the 503, I am definitely a lover of the outdoors. Some of my passions besides Human performance include Fishing, Snowboarding, Hiking, and hanging out with my dog, Fiance, Friends, and Family!
